Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

Upon ordering you will be given a tracking number within 2-4 business days. You may track your order at USPS.com, however your order will not be updated until USPS picks up your package. Please allow at least 4-15 business days from when you receive your tracking number for your order to arrive. Priority packages take 2 to 3 business days to arrive.

ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS DELIVERED YOUR ITEMS, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR HELD PACKAGES. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS/UPS and DHL (international) so any issues encountered must be addressed with them. If your package is marked as delivered and you still do not have your package you must contact the carrier.

If you provided the wrong address and the package is being sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping once again if you want us to re-send your package.

We will only reimburse you for shipping if the mistake was ours.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We apologize in advance for any delays. U.S. holiday seasons and extreme weather events may come with some delays.
